Door Returns
Every door that we make is custom fabricated for our customers. Due to the nature of each product being uniquely different, there are no returns or refunds for our handcrafted wood doors. "Quick-ship" doors are subject to a 25% restocking fee if the customer wishes to return the door in its original condition. If the door has been stained, cut, drilled into, or in any way differs from its original state, it will not qualify for a return.
Door Order Cancellation
If an order has been placed on our site for a wood screen door or wood storm door, you will be responsible for a 25% processing fee (based on the products ordered only—no shipping costs will be included) for administrative costs. In addition, if any production has been started on the order prior to notification of cancellation, those costs will be deducted from any amount returned.
Hardware Returns
Hardware may be returned within 3 days of receipt if it is uninstalled, in its original packaging and condition. If you do wish to return your hardware, you will be responsible for shipping charges and the product is subject to a 25% restocking fee if you do not wish to exchange the product. Once you decide you want to return/exchange your hardware, please call us at 800-404-8279.
Hardware Order Cancellation
If we are informed and confirm receipt of an order cancellation within 24 hours, 10% of the order total minus shipping charges will be retained for administrative costs. The balance will be returned and the customer will be informed of that amount via a phone call or email.
If a hardware order cancellation is received after that time frame, our standard 25% processing fee will be assessed for administrative costs. In the case of the order shipping prior to a cancellation request, you will be responsible for return shipping and our Return Policy will apply.
Glacier Breeze Aluminum Screen Door Returns

Glacier Breeze Aluminum Screen Door Refunds
If we are informed and confirm receipt of an order cancellation within 24 hours, 15% of the order total minus shipping charges will be retained for administrative costs. The balance will be returned and the customer will be informed of that amount via a phone call or email.
If a Glacier Breeze Aluminum screen door order cancellation is received after that time frame, our standard 25% processing fee will be assessed for administrative costs. In the case of the order shipping prior to a cancellation request, no refund will be provided and our Return Policy (see above) will be in effect.
