Incurring burdensome overheads and excessive fixed costs do not form part of the Old Goat's Inc. way of doing business. When we do make capitol expenditures or acquisitions, it is preferably of unique products or companies that have demonstrated core competency and fits within the infrastructure of one or more of the business projects that we are managing. Old Goat's Inc. does not seek to acquire products or companies that cannot evolve or that may degenerate into a financial drag.

Basic physical resources and the people who manage them are, however, a basic element of any successful project. To this end, Old Goat's Inc. seeks business partnerships instead of equity partners. We wish to link up with strong partners or employees who are prepared to invest their resources and make their infrastructure available to the project.

These products or partners must have demonstrated that they are successful and financially self sustaining. They are also required to provide and dedicate infrastructure and human resources to the business project and they must work on the project at their own expense or be self sustaining.

If no such partner can be found, the project is scrapped, unless Old Goats, Inc. needs the product or service internally to conduct business or support other business projects

By incorporating these pivotal elements in all our projects, Old Goats, Inc. can conduct business at almost any location and in any industry. We accept that on its own, our company cannot be all things to all markets. We do know however, that by engaging in a series of related products or partnerships with people, companies or resources, we can conduct ground breaking commerce where other companies cannot.

Currently, we focus on retail related products and services designed primarily for the homeowner or construction industry, however we are engaged in,  back end business solutions, multimedia creation and services.  Old Goats, Inc. is creating opportunity for people to go into business for themselves by distributing and using the products and services it creates.

The ability to align the right people and resources with the right opportunities at the right time within this new economy has become the greatest strategic asset of our time. At Old Goat's Inc. we believe this can only be achieved through an innovative, project based approach based on relationships, networks and alliances.
